We're recruiting Customer Service Consultants to join our fast paced and professional team who support customers with fair, ethical and realistic light management in Zhongshan city, Guangdong province. Our products about different kinds of lamp, light and chandelier, western style furniture, the main market is North America and South America.

Job Description:

* Confer with customers by telephone or email to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints through Amazon.

* Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.

* Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.

* Monthly salary at least 10, 000 RMB per month according to your working experience;

Working Schedule:

* Monday to Saturday 8: 00am A's 6: 00pm, Sunday off;
