Dan brings more than 25 years of teaching experience and information technology (IT) entrepreneurship to the education community. Most recently, Dan has proven to be an indispensable asset at his current assignment - TutorABC - and is a passionate, well organized and enjoyable business English teacher for students living in USA, Taiwan, Israel and mainland China. Dan's students have said he is "an excellent consultant,"a great teacher," and is "energetic, friendly, careful and earnest." What is your best project so far? Why?
Dan's current project as a consultant is to teach business English to TutorABC's clients. He teaches ~25 hours/week using TutorABC's online educational platform and content. Approximately 1 hour before the session begins, Dan receives a PPT presentation to teach that is based on a specific industry's vocabulary, reading passages & grammar. He also receives a list with each client's name & business background. There are typically 6 to 8 clients assigned to a session time slot. Following each session, Dan assesses the client's reading, speaking, grammar and pronunciation skills & their vocab retention during the session. Each client rates Dan's performance on a scale of one to 10 (highest). Dan' rating is 9.3 out of 10.
