What is your best project so far? Why?
I was assigned to an unhappy student and created a personal and professional rapport in very quickly. We identified her needs and integrated recently acquired skills. She soared in confidence and learned more rapidly. We meshed her need to learn with my need to impart allowing me to locate the best material and mode of learning. She had been about to leave the school, when instead she asked that we continue together for the following 2 weeks. Her confidence flowered allowing her to partake profitably in extracurricular activities.
