Why Me?
What makes you the best person for your job?
I have an ability to offer students a concentrated dose of English every time we meet. It's amazing to watch each one of them gain confidence and speak English without thinking about it too much. I believe that students should always be interested and inspired, and I find it very important to make sure that the material is relevant and of interest to them.

What is your best project so far? Why?
One of my best projects was teaching groups of mostly Russian engineers in an Engineering company in Haifa. We had a lot of fun. It's my best project so far because the students enjoyed themselves and so did I. They shared stories, jokes and personal adventures and for many of them it was the only outlet for talking English. I created a non threatening environment where each one of them could express themselves and enrich their English.
