What is your best project so far? Why?
Artistic Director of a major theatre company in NZ which bridged the creative and commercial worlds. I changed for the better the culture of the organisation and led stunningly successful productions, gained new audiences and gathered a team of talented, committed creative and administrative staff to run a very happy company. My role was to think as laterally as possible with as many sectors of the public as I could reach. As well as directing I also acted in several of the productions - a totally fulfilling experience and one that I am very proud of.
