Why Me?
What makes you the best person for your job?
I am an experienced freelance translator with great attention to detail. Given the years of experience, I know my field well and am able to divide my work in such a way to always hand the assigned project in on time. I know my limits and do not accept all jobs just to accept them! I am flexible and communicative , not afraid to ask if in doubt, reliable.

What is your best project so far? Why?
So far, my best projects were those including various fields of expertise: they are a challenge, enrich my knowledge and make the translation more than "just writing words". Such a job is probably best illustrated by the translation of Bertrand Patenaude's book "Trotsky: downfall of a revolutionary" (see http://www.paseka.cz/?produkt=3165) or an encyclopaedic work covering the world's religions in part "Spirit" of The Encyclopaedia of Mind, Body, Spirit (see: http://obchod.readersdigest.cz/katalog/encyklopedie-mysli-tela-a-ducha/).
Often, shorter translations like those are provided by translation agencies / private contractors as well but usually cannot be discussed publicly (vow of silence).

What do your students / customers say about you?
Realiable, always on time. Thoughtful and empathic, sometimes maybe too demanding but open to suggestions.
